Home delivery of medications at VanitySoul®

Farmácia de Fervença is authorized to provide the home delivery service of MSRM (Medicines Subject to Medical Prescription), with presentation of the respective medical prescription, MNSRM (Medicines Not Subject to Medical Prescription) and other health products.

Delivery is made by authorized professionals under the supervision of Dr. Ana Rodrigues, Technical Director of the Pharmacy of Fervença, in the municipality of Celorico de Basto as well as in the neighboring municipalities, namely Amarante, Cabeceiras de Basto, Fafe, Felgueiras and Mondim de Basto.

To place your order you can use one of the following methods:
1. In person at our Pharmacy: Go to Rua da Cruz Mota 24, 4890-314 Fervença Celorico de Basto.
2. Online: Accessing and filling out the Home Delivery Form, presented below.
3. E-mail: by sending the request to[email protected]

You must complete the Home Deliveries Form, presented below.
If theorder includes prescription-only medicines, you must attach a copy of the prescription to the email.

4. Telephone call: contacting +351 255 481 041 or +351 966 422 740. Using your cell phone, you can contact us by call, SMS or WhatsApp, we ask that the message contains all the data requested in the form (Name, Email, Contact, Address complete code, postal code, NIF, description* of what you need with the respective recipe).

Orders can be placed from Monday to Friday, and delivered within the next 24 hours according to the time selected by the customer, except holidays and weekends when they will be delivered on the next business day, unless stock runs out.

*Please note the preferred laboratories and their respective quantities, otherwise, the quantity and laboratories available in the pharmacy's stock will be sent.
